The swimming pool

The swimming pool is accessible directly from the master bedroom on the first floor and the pool surrounds are also accessible to other family or friends via separate secure doors. Even in winter you can swim in agreeably warm water without putting a foot out of doors!

This is the reason why, compared with other holiday lets in the region, our rental is a little higher in the winter than in pre- and post- high season while the solar panels are maintaining a comfortable temperature in the swimming pool.

The interior

In the interior of the gîte the available living space is about 220 m² (nearly 2000 square feet). This space consists of a master bedroom which is en-suite, a second guest bedroom also en-suite, a living room, dining room and kitchen, a mezzanine and the pool surrounds plus an extra WC. All this provides comfortable accommodation for four adults and a baby.

Obviously we have thought of Grandparents who would probably appreciate the ground floor bedroom.

Despite its very rustic aspect, the gîte is extremely well equipped and has gentle under-floor heating, a very modern ventilation system and a wood burning stove for enthusiasts!

The kitchen is entirely equipped including a dish washer.  There is also a washing machine, a drier and an iron available.

It has to be said that WiFi here is not, for obvious reasons, as fast as it probably is where you live. However 4G networks are easily accessible on your Smartphone.

The TV is equipped with HDMI, there is a good home cinema system and a HiFi.
